This year, the participants of the hella hamburg half can look forward to a special shirt. This year’s design has the motto “H2O Water Balance” and shows how vital water is for our bodies. Especially in summer temperatures it is important to pay attention to the water balance, because water is also a coolant for the body. So: Stay hydrated.
