Everything you need to know about cancelling your entry
Dear Participants,
thank you for your patience. The time has now come to make your decision: Will the hella hamburg half 2026 take place with or without you?
If your answer to this question is no, please let us know by Sunday, 16 August 2026, using the form sent to you by email.* Otherwise, your race entry will automatically be transferred to the new event date.
If you would like to keep your race entry for the new event date, you do not need to do anything. Your registration will be transferred automatically, and we look forward to seeing you during the weekend of 23–25 October 2026.
If you wish to withdraw your entry and request a refund, please complete the form sent to you by email.* Please note that your decision is final and cannot be reversed.
A refund covers the full registration fee, including all booked add-ons (excluding donations and the purchase of a BMS timing chip). Partial refunds are not available.
We understand. After deciding to postpone the event, we carefully packed everything away, tied it all up and put it back on the shelf. After all, when the 21.1-kilometre party returns on Sunday, 25 October 2026, we want it to have everything you expect: music, atmosphere and the full Hamburg experience. The only difference is that the temperatures should be a little more pleasant.
To make sure it is not too chilly in the morning, all start waves will be scheduled one hour later. And because the clocks go back during the night before the event, you will even get an extra hour of sleep.
We do not know about you, but even though we love summer, our legs are already itching to get going again.
