As previously announced: “If you can’t make the new date, or simply choose not to participate, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of your entry fee as well as all booked add-ons.To make this process as smooth as possible, we’re currently finalising the technical setup for online refund requests. We expect the refund form to be available between 20 and 31 July. Once it is live, you’ll have four weeks to submit your request.”

Cancelling Your Contract

Important information regarding your right of withdrawal!

You can use this form to quickly and easily cancel contracts concluded with BMS Die Laufgesellschaft mbH. Please note, however, that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to all products and services:

What you can cancel:

• Standard merchandise: You can easily cancel orders for items such as clothing (e.g., T-shirts, caps, socks), posters, and accessories within 14 days of purchase.

What you CANNOT cancel:

• Race entries: According to the law (Section 312g Para. 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code/BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for personalized race entries—including those with cancellation options—for sporting events scheduled for a specific date. The purchase is binding.
• Personalized products & engravings: Goods manufactured according to your specific requirements or permanently personalized (e.g., BMS chips, medals with name engravings, custom-printed shirts) are excluded from exchange and cancellation.
